Believed to be faux leather.
With castors.
Solid weight item.
Generous seating area.
Condition is perfectly usable in good used condition with signs of wear;
Structurally fine.
Working tilt mechanism that can also be locked in upright position.
Height adjustment mechanism working fine.
Castors roll easily and manoeuvrability is very good.
It seems base has been replaced to me based on four bolts outside of the current positions (plz see picture).
Also, base comes off for ease of transportation by way of simply removing and re-attaching four bolts.
A couple of minor rips to edges of chair (pictures provided).
The odd marks, abrasions, and scratches (pictures provided).
Noticed slight squeaking when getting out of chair (from apx 100kg/220lbs person).
Possibly a bit of oiling with dw40 etc might eliminate it.

30 inches max width by arms.
25 1/4 inches from seat to top of back rest.
21 inches seat depth (front of seat to beginning of back rest).
21 inches seat width (inside arms by the 4 buttons row).
19 inches floor to top of seat lowest, adjustable to maximum 22 1/2 inches.
From internet research it seems both rips, crackling, etc can be easily repaired even by non-professionals by some
simple solutions and techniques and might be a good idea if applicable to you otherwise item is perfectly usable as is.
