I have listed as "new other" as both cottages are over 25 years old, but both have been stored in their boxes all this time and have never been on display. They have only been taken out of their boxes in order to be photographed.
Both are in perfect condition. I cannot see any damage. Both boxes are also in very good condition. Both come with all Lilliput Lane internal packaging and deeds.
Nursery Cottage is 3 inches (7.5cm) high and was a Much Valued Customer Special from 1996. 
Cider Apple Cottage is approx 3.75 inch(9.5cm) high.
