Review

"I'm generally not a reader but this light hearted book is easy to read. Fun little stories you can pick up and read for 15min or an hour. "Great "library" material wink wink."
"The author tells it in a humorous way and not only shares about the negative sides, but accentuates the goodness too.. What an entertaining book. You won't be sorry you bought it..."
"Definitely recommend this for a fun read! We've all been to this particular coffee chain at some point in our life and this gives you an idea of what being a barista in one of the most popular coffee shops is like."
A lighthearted view of the other side of the counter. You'll laugh, you'll sigh, you'll ask yourself, "Did I do that?" It's an easy leisurely read and the stories within each page were witty and fun.
This book gave me so much appreciation for baristas and those who work in the hospitality industry alike. It's well written, funny and thought provoking! Do yourself a favor and READ THIS BOOK!
Having worked in retail with customers similar to those I read in this book brought me right back to the "dark days" but with extra laughs! I was legit LOLing and also super informed.
I love the way this book gives us a humorous look into the daily ritual of getting your favorite beverage. We get to "walk a mile in someone else's apron" and get to know the human spirit behind the apron.
What an eye opener! From the customer on the other side of the counter, I get it now! The author was funny...I laughed out loud more than once. An easy and enjoyable read!
