LISTING INFO:  I try to list and describe items as accurately as possible. Please review photos as that is part of the description - what you see is what you get.  Sometimes I may make a mistake (human error) other times there may be a software error - for instance Ebay description editing, from time to time doesn't save the correct information I've listed in my description.  

If you have any questions about the item listed please email me through Ebay prior to the close of auction.

PLEDGE TO BUYERS: I value my customers and strive to deliver all products as described with above board customer service both during and after the sale.  I want you to be happy with your purchase.

WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES: I offer NO warranties, nor guaranty the authenticity of the items I am selling, as 90% of my items are used.  However, if I can confirm the brand of an item I will provide that brand information in the item description above; otherwise no brand name will be listed.

PAYMENT INFO:  Payment method accepted is Paypal.
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close.  Buyers who do not pay within 3 days, may not receive item(s) as it may be relisted and they may receive negative feeback.

SHIPPING INFO: I ship Monday - Friday and promise shipping on all items within 2 Business days (example:  you pay for an item on Friday afternoon - I'll ship it on Monday which is 1.5 business days later)  Items paid for by 9:00 pm PST on Thursdays will ship on Friday.  Payments made after 9:00 pm PST on Thursdays through Sunday 9:00 pm PST will ship on Mondays.  Unless listed I do not ship internationally.  For items that I do agree to ship internationally - I CAN'T GUARANTEE DELIVERY NOR CONDITION OF PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL FOR MOST COUNTRIES.  Therefore I won't offer refunds for overseas and international shipments.

RETURNS:   If you have any concerns or problems with an item once you receive it please EMAIL ME through EBAY, I will respond within 24 hours.  In instances whereby the item was damaged during shipping (which happens from time to time) or if there was an accidental omission or description error in my listing, I WILL GLADLY REFUND YOUR PURCHASE including shipping cost, upon return receipt said item.  If you feel there is a problem with the item upon arrival, please email me immediately and I will provide you instructions for return and refund.  Otherwise, all sales are final and items are sold AS-IS.  

FEEDBACK:  The key to a good transaction is communication.  If you have any concerns or questions before or after the sale PLEASE EMAIL me through EBAY.  I also ask that you provide me with the opportunity to provide good customer service before leaving negative feedback.  Leaving negative feedback without contacting a seller if there is a problem is counterproductive to the spirit of a transaction. As a seller I will leave feedback for all buyers once the transaction is complete.
