Fine condition, the photos are in very fine condition, with the album pages showing chipping along the edges with some missing photo album paper.  The pages are mostly detached from the album, but I have been able to securely put them back in place inside the album to protect them during shipping. - Please see the listing photos for oversized scans of the photo album pages to best view details and condition.
