    Please carefully read all the information below.  This is to protect us and you if something goes wrong.Delivery
    We will endeavour to deliver your item as stated in the auction and almost all the times, it gets delivered on the estimated delivery date as specified in the delivery tracking information.  There are times when the courier cannot always guarantee the estimated delivery dates, which is out of our control.  We cannot be held liable for this.  Most of the time there is absolutely no problem with the delivery, however if by any chance this happens to you, please contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to track your item.  Please do not leave negative feedback as a situation like this is out of our control, which you should fully understand.  Please remember, we are here to help and we will do everything in our power to help right an issue.

    Delivery to Northern Island: Unfortunately due to the sheer cost of delivery and the time it takes for the item to be delivered, we cannot deliver this for free and is not a 24 hour delivery service.  Please select the alternative postage option, which is a chargeable fee.

    Once delivery is signed for
    Once a delivery has been signed for by the buyer on file, then we will assume that the item has been properly delivered.  If it has been signed for by other than the buyer, for example, a neighbour or someone else, then we will also assume that it has been properly delivered, but we cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that it goes missing as this is out of our hands. You would need to seek the item for yourself from the information on the calling card left by the courier.  If you cannot find the item, then please let us know so that we can help you as much as possible to find your item as we can investigate it even further.

    Make sure someone is in to receive your vacuum cleaner
    For a successful and safe delivery, please make sure you have someone at the delivery address held on file to receive the item.  If this is not possible, we have some other delivery options, which you can chose from to personally pick up your item in your own time, such as free delivery to your local Argos store or free delivery to your local Delivery Access Point, which could be your local store.  Further information will be available to you if you select one of these options and will also be sent to you by email.
    PLEASE NOTE: If the courier cannot leave your package at the delivery address because there was no one in to collect it, it will then be delivered to your local delivery access point.  It then becomes your responsibility to pick up your vacuum cleaner at the allotted time left on the calling card.  We cannot be held liable in the unlikely event that your vacuum cleaner goes missing and we cannot offer a refund or replacement if you do not pick up your vacuum cleaner as soon as possible.  So please make sure that you collect it as soon as it gets delivered to your local delivery access point.  If it does somehow go missing, please contact eBay and PayPal for a refund.  This is why you have to make sure that someone will be in the filed delivery address at the time of delivery as seen in the delivery tracking link that would have been sent to you for a successful delivery.

    SPECIAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
    Other parts of UK not listed for delivery
    If you contact us about buying from a part of the UK we do not deliver to, we will respond to you accordingly to let you know whether it is possible or not.  If we accept it, you will have to pay additional postage costs and may not be a 24 hour delivery service, depending on the area.  Sending items to other UK parts not listed, especially remote areas can take longer and can be quite costly, hence the higher costs of delivery.  We will let you know how much extra you would need to pay before purchase as you would need to contact us first.

    Mail Box address deliveries
    We do not accept Mail Box Address deliveries and we have omitted such addresses on eBay to be delivered to these addresses, however some mail box addresses get through the eBay checking system after purchase.  We will honour the delivery to that mail box delivery address on file, however we will NOT be held liable if your item goes missing or is stolen when held in these mail boxes.  An employee from a mail box address will sign it and once it has been signed, all responsibility is taken away from us.  Therefore, we cannot issue you a refund or a replacement in these circumstances if it does go missing.  It is up to you whether you wish us to deliver your item to these mail box addresses. You can send us an alternative address that is not a mail box address before the item is dispatched.
    Leaving items in mail box addresses are not always secure and therefore responsibility is held with you whether you want us to deliver it or not to that mail box address.

    Purchased time ready for delivery (24 hour delivery - UK Mainland only)
    If you've placed an order on late Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then your item will be dispatched on the following Monday.  If purchased very earlier on a Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day for delivery on Monday.
    If you've placed an order late on Thursday, then your item will be dispatched on the next day (Friday), delivery will probably be on the following Monday as there are no weekend deliveries. If purchased very earlier on a Thursday, it will be dispatched on the same day for delivery on Friday.
    If you've placed an order on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, then your item will be dispatched on the next of these days and you should expect next day delivery during the same week.
    Please note, there are no weekend deliveries and these delivery times are never guaranteed (please see above 'Delivery' section).

    Condition of the box
    Sometimes our boxes come to us a little battered from our couriers as they mishandle them, especially around the sides of the handles.  Also, sometimes the couriers that deliver the item to you may not handle the box properly too and may tear parts of it.  Unfortunately all of this is out of our control, although we do try to package the box properly to minimise box damage.  If the box that contains the item is cosmetically damaged in any way, it will not affect the actual item as it is packaged properly inside and is very safe.  We cannot be held liable for such an action. If for some strange reason you are dissatisfied in any way by the state of the box, please return the item back to us unopened and a refund will be processed (please see 'Returns' below).

    Warranty Registration
    Our vacuum cleaners come with free warranty.  Please make sure you register your vacuum cleaner as soon as you receive it on the manufacturers website.  It is imperative that you do register your vacuum cleaner, otherwise if a fault occurs, the manufacturer will fix the fault for you free of charge and if it cannot be fixed, they will replace it with either the same model or a similar one, but it is more likely they will replace it with a similar model as these high powered vacuum cleaners are no longer manufactured.  Registration website links will be sent out to you via email once purchased.

    Paying by credit card on PayPal
    If you do not have a PayPal account and you are paying by credit card on PayPal, then PayPal may review the payment which could take up to 24 hours until payment is cleared.  If this happens to you, we cannot send your vacuum cleaner out until PayPal let us know that the review has been cleared.

    Price changes
    We constantly buy our vacuum cleaners at various prices from our suppliers at different prices and as a consequence our prices may go up or down without notice.  We have to do this in order to maintain a healthy profit otherwise we may lose out if a price is too low.  We do try our hardest to keep the costs as low as possible, but as these vacuum cleaners have completely run out and have become somewhat expensive, it is very hard to maintain a very low cost, but we'll do our best.

Returns

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with it, then please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Items MUST BE RECEIVED by us in satisfactory condition within 7 days from purchase in order to qualify for a refund/replacement.  If you wish to return an item you must email us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE via the eBay 'Contact Seller' link stating clearly your reason for requesting a refund/replacement and await a response BEFORE returning any items.  PLEASE NOTE: The cost of return postage is non-refundable UNLESS the item (not the box condition) was faulty or a mistake was made by us, in which case we will refund the return postage cost. The return postage costs refunded will not exceed the original cost of postage.  You are responsible for the return of the item being delivered back to us safely, so please ensure that you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from your courier service, i.e. 'Proof of Posting' documentation and tracking number from your chosen courier, to help in the event of non-delivery.  We can only accept this form of delivery.  If you do not have this in place and the item goes missing for some strange reason, we cannot refund you or send you a free replacement.  All non-faulty items MUST be returned in their original condition they were received, i.e. unopened and sealed at both ends.  If we believe that the box was opened by you and that there is nothing wrong with the item, we cannot issue you a refund and will send the item back to you as we will find it hard to sell it again without making a financial loss.  You will, however bear the cost of delivery for this.  If you believe the item is faulty and you return it back to us, we will test it thoroughly and if found to be that the item is in full working order, we cannot issue you a refund and will send the item back to you, where you will pay for postage cost.  If it is faulty and that it is our fault, we will issue you a full refund immediately, but if we find that it was maliciously damaged by you within the 14 day period, then it will be returned back to you without a refund, where you will pay for postage cost.  In order to avoid confusion and speed up the return process, all returned items should have with them your full name, address, eBay item number and item title. A copy of the 'Order Details' page or a copy of your original invoice is preferred.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE MAY RESULT IN YOUR REFUND/REPLACEMENT BEING DELAYED OR REFUSED.  If you have any questions regarding this policy please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay, preferably BEFORE purchasing.

If your vacuum develops a fault after the 14 day return policy, then we cannot send a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact Bosch to repair your fault as you have 2 years free warranty once you register your vacuum.  Also, we do not replace dispensable material such as filters and dust bags (if any).  If there is a fault in the motor filter, then Bosch will replace it under the warranty.  Bosch will have no issues fixing or replacing your vacuum with a similar one if a fault occurs.
