Base: No damage to base. Marked: "S CLARKE'S PATENT TRADEMARK FAIRY"
Shade: Small chip and a smaller nick to inner lower rim (see last photo). Small manufacturing bleb on interior (see photo 7). Typical roughness at upper ground opening.
