Items come from a smoke free, pet free, mostly chemicals free home (fragrances, detergents, sprays, etc.). I
ship all orders based on package weight, either in Ebay branded
white envelopes or in USPS provided priority mail envelopes or boxes. In
order for the items to fit in the envelopes/boxes, they must be folded,
and therefore they will arrive at your destination wrinkled. There is
nothing I can do to prevent wrinkling that happens in transit. All is
not lost though - give it a quick steam and it will look like new. If
the item is dry clean only, you should probably take it to a dry cleaner
to have it pressed.
As much as I would love to, unfortunately, I cannot accept returns
at this time, as they end up being costly for both of us. Please check
