Oven liners for gas ovens must be set on the lowest rack.
Please make sure the oven liner covers only the oven rack and leaves space between it and the oven wall when placed on the lowest rack to prevent airflow from being hampered.
To make sure the oven liner does not cover the vents, it must be trimmed.
Up to 260 degrees Celsius can be handled by our liner mat. If you use this mat at higher temperatures, the food quality may suffer and the mat, BBQ, or oven may get damaged.
This mat is not intended to be in close proximity to fire.
Please be advised that there may be a need to remove fat from the mat when cooking meals with a high-fat content.
