Here we have and original water color by listed artist James Walter Gozzard titled "A Cloudy Night".

The painting size is about 15x11 3/4. The frame is of course larger. I did not measure it.

Gozzard's prints are often mistaken for real paintings. 99% of the auction results you find are prints.  This is the real deal.

J. W. Gozzard: James Walter Gozzard (1888 - 1950). He was an illustrator as much as a painter, working in both oil and watercolour. Subjects were usually rural landscapes, coastal scenes and street scenes, many with typical sentimental titles such as ‘At the Hour of Curfew" and "Divided Affection" and "Leaving the Smithy".
He was born in Lichfield, Staffordshire, England and specialized in prints and postcards. He produced a series of watercolors of Scottish views that were
published by Valentines, Dundee, Scotland and were very popular at the time. Also a street scenes series published by W. McKenzie and a series of rural landscapes published by Philco in London. Apparently he never exhibited his work during his lifetime.
