Please know the size on the actual tag (for example: 27, 28, 30 etc.) is based on the natural waist of the intended buyer. The measurements of the waistband of the actual pants/jeans/shorts may be different due to rise. Low rise will sit low on the hip. Mid rise is at the hip and high rise is generally at the natural waist. Each designer/manufacturer defines what a size is to them. Also peoples bodies are all different so please use my measurements in a meaningful way.
