I recently made a trip to my local wrecking yard and purchased some parts for one of my project vehicles.  While I was there I decided to purchase the two Plastic Door Vents from a Dodge Dakota because they appeared to be in good shape and they were super easy to remove.  

It's my understanding that Chrysler used this part on the D-Series and W-Series trucks from 1986 to 1993 - this would include trucks like the D150, D250, D350, W150, W250, W350 and Ramcharger.  The part was also used on the Dodge Dakota for several years.

The part number cast into the part is:  4354570  This listing is for a total of two vents.  

Please note:  The parts will likely appear better in the pictures then the will when you view them in person.  The vents both had some white/gray discoloring due to UV/Sun Damage and I took a small butane torch and used the heat to restore the original black color.  I'd rate the parts as a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.  The mounting points are firm and in place - the lower rating is due entirely to cosmetic issues.
