Vintage genuine Apple Computer Inc. Unused full sheet of genuine 16-sector Apple II disk labels, total of 96 stickers on this sheet with the Apple logo!  These were used for updating older original 13-sector Apple II disk that were updated to the newer 16-sector format, user would put a label on the disk to indicate the update.  RARE unused vintage original sheet circa early 1980's. 

From smoke-free dry storage.  See photos for measurements of sheet.  Sheet was folded in half at some point as shown.  Shipped in a mailer envelope between stiff backing to protect.
