Measures 39-1/2"H x 27-1/8"W x 9-3/8"D.  Each of the 24 inner drawer measures 5-3/4"H x 5"W x 7-1/2"D.  Holds up to 456 CDs or 192 DVDs or 96 VHS tapes.
