For auction is "Ethel" a beautifully dressed Edwardian Lady.  Ethel has a porcelain head, and shoes with a soft cloth body.  She is an elegant lady attired in classic black, accented by a long beaded jet necklace with drops.  Her drop-waist chemise with velvet skirt is edged in satin at the waist, accented with a lovely flower.  The organza top is overlain with velvet flowers/leaves and sequins, banded with satin at the wrists.  Her veiled hat, feathered and with velvet flower, speaks to her modesty.  Her porcelain hands are beautifully manicured and the colored nails tastefully match her beautiful lips.  Her low-heel shoes are also tasteful for her period dress.  Her shoes are inscribed "Hutchinson 1983."  Most likely as she steps out to have lunch with Phillippe she casually throws a 29" feathered boa across her shoulders.  You ask "who is Phillippe?" See another auction featuring Phillippe.  Just another boyfriend?  Or is there more to the story?  The young boy in the center of the last photo is Alfred.  Is Alfred the love child of Ethel and Phillippe as rumor would have it? We don't know and Alfred has conveniently disappeared.  If you also fall in love with Phillippe, and love Ethel, both for $140 and combined shipping.
