Good condition.
The die cast has some small pittings and a ~3/16 in. diameter dent on the rhs. See pictures.
I beleive it is for a 1948 to 1953 Studebaker

Center to center mounting holes distance from front to rear= 3 3/4 ; 3 3/4 in.
