How we classify items:
Brand New item is new.
Like New items have very minor wear.
Very Good items has light wear and tear from normal use.
Good items show wear from use, but remain fully functional.
Acceptable items are fairly worn.

Used Media items will not have DLC Add-On codes. We also do not sell any PAL items, meaning our items will only work in NTSC video equipment.

Shipping: We generally ship items within one business day. In most cases I do not charge a restocking fee for returns. However in situations where the return is related to buyer remorse or an incorrect address I will withhold shipping expenses.

International Shipping: All custom, import fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
