Vintage Parker 21 Deep Blue

Description

This vintage Parker 21 deep blue fountain pen seems almost unused.  It is about 5 1/4 inches long.   I do not see any dings, dents, name, logo, or even scratches.    The bladder is flexible, so it should be in working condition, but I have not tested it.
