This laptop has been wiped clean completely and installed with a fresh version of Windows 11.  All Dell command updates and Windows updates have been applied with Chrome, iTunes and Acrobat Reader also installed. This is a totally refurbished laptop from a business office environment.

This laptop is in good condition with typical usage.  Case is clean with no cracks, gouges or nicks.  Keyboard, palm rest and touchpad are in good condition with minimal sheen marks (mark on touchpad).  All USB ports works perfectly.  Laptop battery posts as fair in the BIOS and comes with a Dell OEM Power adapter.  Screen is clear and very bright (1920 x 1080).  Laptop boots up very fast and is very responsive.  This is a good laptop, buyer will not be disappointed.  Feel free to ask any questions about this laptop.
