The set contains an empty Album plus all Base and Foil stickers (686 stickers), it does not contain the 21 'Star Player' stickers.
Of the SP Stickers there are two variations, 21 without signature and as a parallel variation 21 with signature. As the album has 21 spots for the SP stickers, the 21 'SP without Signature' are considered part of the regular collection.
Why are the SP stickers not included in this item? Topps didn't include enough SP stickers in their boxes to complete a set with a reasonable effort respectively at a reasonable price, therefore I decided not to include them
