Fair condition. Missing button on back. Small mark on face. Has a couple spots on the outfit. Missing a couple balloons and one that hangs a little low. 

This is unbranded. All it says on the neck is made in Hong Kong.

Has weighted body to sit on shelf. Legs are stuffed with light stuffing and hangs off ledge good.

**Reminder: This is pre-owned, so there's probably minor wear from use. (scuffs,marks,scratches,creases, discoloration,etc...see pics)

I don't see anything majorly wrong that compromises the item.  It's fully functional and still looks cute sitting on a shelf
