All parts are in very good condition and have never been removed from the bag. The decals look fine. Outer box is in good condition. English instructions are included.
I use "SpeedPak-Ship via Fedex or DHL" to ship items. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible. I will notify you of the tracking number when the item is shipped.
