HERE'S A TOUGH PLATE TO FIND, especially in such nice condition. This is the first base for an AZ handicapped M/C plate, (starting around 1982), and first series "A". Decent 1985 sticker. I rarely see these early ones. 

Please note; I will ship this as a package, not in some flimsy plastic wrap that can end in a damaged plate. 

It's cost both us a bit more, but certainly worth it.
