The cab:

The cab has been converted to 2 single comfy seats making enough room for a walk through, making it easy to enter the back without going outside. The passenger seat folds forward giving more room and is also on a swivel base. There is also a comfy walk through matt and the cab can be closed off with the fitted black out curtain. 

A touch screen radio has just been fitted that can be contacted to a phone via Bluetooth for music, calls etc.

Living area/kitchen:

The kitchen and seating is all built from top quality birch ply. The kitchen has a black glass 2 ring gad hob, black round sink,black tap powered by a whale 12v water pump submerged in a 19L water container. There is plenty of storage with 2 cupboards, a drawer and overhead cupboard space. There is a movable table to sit at and can be moved round to extend the worktop area for cooking. 

The seating is 3" foam professionally covered in a lovely grey tartan. Underneath is a 5kw diesel heater with an LCD monitor and remote, a 15L 12v portable compressor fridge and a Thetford chemical toilet. 

There are 2 double sockets, 2 double USB sockets, solar charge and battery charge LCD display, a light switch to switch on the 6 12v spot lights and a switch for the inverter. 

Bedroom:

The bedroom has a 4ft x 6ft double orthopaedic memory foam mattress, 2 overhead spot lamps and an overhead cupboard for more storage space. 

Garage:

The garage has plenty of space for carrying all your camping supplies. It also holds the gas safety storage locker (including a new full gas bottle) and all the electrics, this includes a 130Ah leisure battery, 12v 140amp split charge relay to charge the leisure battery while driving, 12v fuse box, 12v fuse box isolation switch, MPPT solar charge controller unit with LCD screen, renogy 1000w inverter and a consumer unit for the sockets. 

Exterior:

The exterior has a ladder leading to a decked area on the roof which is perfect for sitting having a drink or laying watching the stars. On the front of the decking is the renogy 200w solar panel to charge the leisure battery. There are opening windows in the 2 back doors and in the sliding door, all having black out curtains. 

Van:

The van is a short wheel base 2008 citroen relay 2.2 diesel. 

New starter just fitted and 4 new tyres.

The bodywork is in good condition. 

A full 12 months mot has just been put on with no issues. 

This is a fully off grid camper so no need for extra hookup etc and ready to be used for new adventures
