PAYMENT
Payment is expected at time of purchase unless an agreement is made prior to purchase.
Non-Paying Buyers- Non-paying buyers are reported to eBay and blocked from future transactions.
Cancelled Transactions - If a buyer repeatedly requests to cancel sales, they will be blocked from future transactions.
BIDDING on Auctions
Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of eBay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.
Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to eBay.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All my items are packaged with care.
Items that are less than 16 oz. are normally shipped via USPS 1st Class. Items that ship via USPS Priority Mail will be insured up to $100. If damage occurs during transit and the item was insured, I will be happy to assist with the claims process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I will ship internationally but you must notify me in advance before invoice because the shipping costs will be more than the listing shipping costs listed.
Please note: I do not control shipping costs. Postage costs are determined by weight, size, and how many zones you are away from my location. I do not charge handling fees. I often pre-calculate shipping depending on weight and size.

You may be charged sales tax at checkout if required by your state. Taxes are collected by eBay and goes directly to them.
