This listing is for 2 Czech Art Deco Miniature Bottles, known as flacons. The first bottle is encased in gold filigree with an elegant gold design consisting of 17 small emerald glass jewels and 6 clear glass jewels. It stands 2.4 in high and is 1.5 in at its base. It has a scrolled flat cap that holds a small glass dauber. The second bottle has a deep purple bottle encased in gold filigree. It has a gold filigree design surrounding a large, round pink jewel. This bottle stands 2.4 in high and is 1.6 in wide at its base. The majestic cap holds a small glass dauber.

Flacons are miniature, filigree perfume bottles, hand crafted by local artisans in the Czech Republic. The flacons I am selling were created in Jablonec nad Nisou in the Liberec Region, which is known for its glass and jewelry production. Flacons were collected and traded by many women during the Art Deco Era in Europe (1920’s - 1930’s). Their popularity has held over the years and they coantiqueo be produced and purchased today.
