Returns – I will take back any item sold, but per ebay policy, I will decline returns or exchanges on items that have had factory shrinkwrap removed (if applicable).  Inspect before opening!

Foreign Customers – I use Ebay’s International Shipping Program.   Ebay collects foreign shipping fees and taxes from your payment.  I cannot adjust these fees as I never see these funds.  Add items to your cart before check out to save shipping fees.
