This is a 2001 Marvel Series II Spider-Man Classics figure by ToyBiz.  The the figure is about 6" tall, has over 30 points of articulation, comes with a wall mountable display stand & Amazing Fantasy issue 15 comic book replica, and is still brand new and factory sealed.  The packaging is overall in pretty good shape with some light bending, scratches, edge wear, and other normal storage/age wear.  Please ask if there are any questions.
