This is a used pineapple upside down cake pan. The inside is a non-stick coating. It measures 10" across when measuring the opening. It measures 9" across when measuring the bottom of the pan. Measures 2.25" tall.
Some scuffs on the outer bottom of the pan, which does not affect use. Non-stick coating inside the pan is fine.
