Lovely, Elegant All Purpose Bowl by Noritake.  Also called a pedestal cereal bowl.

The Noritake Barrymore pattern (#9737) features a gold-trimmed ivory bone china base with a beautiful gray, pink, and white lotus flower pattern that is inspired by the Art Nouveau style. 

Approximate measurements: 3" high and 4 1/2" in diameter. 

From my clean, nonsmoking, pet friendly home.
