This is an ORIGINAL/FIRST print poster (approx. 20" x 30", and printed prior to the show on very thin paper stock) that was used to promote a single show at the Locarno Ballroom in London. This show took place January 7, 1967, and featured The Searchers & The Flag. Appearing twice on the Ed Sullivan show, a case could be made that they were truly the first "British Incasion" band, as their formation in Liverpool predates that of both The Beatles & The Stones. This scarce poster has been very carefully preserved for over fifty-five years, and remains in GOOD condition, with a seamless tear along the left edge and a stain along the right edge (along with a few other flaws here and there).  This one isn't mint, but these are very rare...doubt many were printed, to be honest. This is guaranteed to be ORIGINAL Grateful Dead poster, and we will gladly issue a COA upon request. Shipping is $15 (U.S.), which we are always happy to combine on multiple purchases. Thank you for visiting my auction and please feel free to check out my other current offerings for similar Fillmore era items.
