1 pair of mesh nylon garter stockings, in a rare shiny silver color. From the 1960s. No manufacturer or other information on either welt.
No size given, but here are the measurements. Back of heel to tip of toe is about 10 inches (lying flat untouched) to about 10 1/2 inches (pulled taut), and top of welt to bottom of heel is 31 inches, putting this at about a size 9.5.
