Note
1. All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and in compliance with your local modification regulations.
2. Please ensure all components are tightened with correct torque specifications (which can be found in the vehicle service manual)before and after installation. Any loose nuts, bolts, or locks will cause noise. Do check and tighten before serious problems happen.
3. Impact wrench is prohibited during the installation, it will loosen or damage the product.
4. Examine the clearance between tires and suspension. ( The minimum clearance should be 4mm, otherwise, you need to add wheel spacers. Caution: It is not sufficient with torsion beam trailing arm axles)
5. We suggest regular maintenance for the coil-over, spray with some WD40 every 3-4 months will keep it smooth and clean, which helps to extend the lifetime.
Shipping
1. We will ship your order in one business day once the payment is cleared.
2. All the parcels will be collected by our carrier at 10:00am AEDST on Monday to Friday.
3. For the payment after 9:30am AEDST, the parcel has to be shipped the Next working day at 10:00am AEDST.
4. Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay within 24 hours after shipment.

· International shipping: TNT
The domestic shipping is usually 2-5 business days and international shipping is 5-10 business days depending on your location.

2. Import Tax: We do not cover any import Duty and Tax. Customer should be responsible for the Import tax.

Warranty and Returns
1.We provided 24 months warranty for most of our parts(unless otherwise stated). All the warranty only covers manufacturing defect(material or workmanship ). Any issue caused by physical damage, incorrect installation and usage, modification, negligence, etc will be out of warranty.

After we received and checked your returned item, we promise to refund within 14 business day. 3.Any products that have been used are subject to restocking fee. The restocking fee percentage will depend on the condition of the returned products. The defective products are eligible for free exchange and no restocking fee will be applied.
