YARDAGE: I have approx. 45 yards but have only listed 30. If you want more than 30 yards, please contact me. . Orders of more than 1 yard will be cut in one continuous piece.
CONDITION: This is new fabric, old stock, still on the bolt. It is in excellent condition except that it is badly wrinkled along the edges just one inch in. Please see up close photos of the selvages. Otherwise it is wrinkled lightly throughout with wrinkles that can be ironed or washed out. The fabric has a lot of fabric finish that makes it shiny and washing will remove the fabric finish. The fabric is good quality cotton from the 1990's and remains crisp and bright after washing.

Be sure to include a note letting me know which fabric you want a sample of.
SHIPPING: I do combine shipping. Please write if you have any questions about your shipping charges. I refund shipping charges paid in excess of the actual shipping cost. You pay only actual shipping cost (including any discount from Ebay) plus $1.50 for packaging materials. If you make a purchase, but do not pay immediately, I can send an invoice with an adjusted shipping charge before you pay. Please request an invoice if you want me to adjust the shipping charges. Otherwise , I will send a refund, if there is one, after shipping.
RETURNS: I do accept returns on fabric that is found to be defective; or, on an uncut piece, i.e. you are buying all remaining yardage and returning it in one piece, in the condition in which it was received. Buyer responsible for return shipping cost, unless fabric is defective.

This fabric was stored, until recently, in a fabric warehouse store in Mobile, AL, one of the largest decorator fabric stores on the Gulf Coast, famous for its collection. For years, I enjoyed browsing their back rooms where the chintz and other “vintage” fabric was kept. The store has recently closed, and now I am happy to be offering some of these gorgeous fabrics for sale on Ebay.
