This 1989 model is in excellent condition & I cannot see any chips, damaged flowers etc. There is a small white/pale green "blob" on the little bush just in front of the steps to the church. This can be seen in the photo. I have no idea if this is a natural feature as this was one of a collection of Lilliput Lane collectables which was given to the local charity shop where I volunteer & for whom I am selling it..

Unfortunately there is no original box or deeds for this church but it will be well packaged. 

I am happy to combine several items in the one package as long as the parcel remains within the weight limits & I can safely pack each item. Please contact me if you are interested.
