This Vincent Bach Bundy student trumpet, made in the USA by The Selmer Company, is the perfect instrument for beginners. With its brass body and bell material, as well as a leadpipe made of brass, this trumpet produces a warm and rich tone. This trumpet was purchased in 1973 when I started playing in 4th grade.

It was painted blue at one point but most of the paint has been removed. All the valves and slides move as they should. And compression is amazing especially since it’s 50 years old! This horn will be fine for a new player in elementary and into middle school. It could also be a good back up trumpet or one to play outside for marching band.

I’m currently a professional trumpet player and teacher. I’ve played this horn recently and it plays just fine.

Included are a Bach 5C mouthpiece and gig bag. Overall, this Bundy trumpet is a great choice for any student looking to start their musical journey.
