Hairy Gay Bear Acetate Production Negative Stephen Stafford Artist. Very Rare OOAK. circa 1980s. Stafford is best known as the artist who did the iconic images for San Francisco’s Lone Star Saloon. This is a unique production negative. He did a lot of work for Bear Magazine and other Gay publications and businesses. This piece came from a portfolio of work I bought about 12 years ago that included Michael Palmer, Stephen Stafford and other Gay / Leather adjacent artists of note.
