These ducts are designed and manufactured here in Australia specifically to NACA standards & dimensions, unlike many ducts on the market, in order to maximize performance. 

These are excess stock and manufactured from temperature and UV resistant ASA plastic.

Ducts are designed specifically for racing purpose and as such weight was also a prime consideration when undertaking the design.  These are super light weight (approx. 40 grams) and only 1.2mm thick.  As such, if these are going to be installed in a location where impacts with sizeable debris is going to be an issue please contact me and I can look at manufacturing a thicker duct for your purpose.  The thin leading edge flange can also prove fragile if over bent - I recommend heating to approximately 90deg C if you intend to bend the part any significant amount to install into your bodywork or panel.  

These are a 3D printed part so some minor surface imperfections and evidence of layer lines can be apparent.

Scale drawings will be provided with sale that can be utilised as a template for cutting your bonnet, bodywork or undertray.
