Describe:
100% new and high quality
Color: See picture
Size: length 7.9cm/3.1in, width 3.9cm/1.5in
System voltage: 12V-14.6V
Working current: 90-150A
Package Includes: 1pc circuit board + 2pcs soldering pen + 2pcs input wire + 3set screws + 1pc buzzer + 1pc capacitor + 1M nickel sheet
Used for welding 18650/26650/32650 and other lithium batteries. Advantages: portable, stable, reliable, and durable.
Users need to bring their own 12V battery for power supply, and the welding current is about 90A~150A. It can weld common 0.1mm~0.12mm nickel plated sheets with ease. After several generations of product updates, it has now been upgraded to automatically trigger welding, freeing your fingers from the button.
Battery recommendations:
20-45ah lead-acid battery with good performance and small internal resistance
3.5-5.5ah 3S model aircraft lithium battery pack around 45C
30-35ah capacity type 18650 battery pack
A battery pack that can start a car can basically meet the power supply needs of this circuit
Switch function: Press the switch for 1.5 seconds to turn on (green light flashes, output a low-power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds or so), press the switch for 1.5 seconds (blue light flashes, output a medium-power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds or so), press the switch for 1.5 seconds (the red light flashes, and a high-power spot welding pulse is output every 3 seconds). Press the switch for 1.5 seconds to shut down.
Power requirements
Spot welding uses the principle of rapid local heating and cooling of large currents. Welding requires sufficient current supply. Generally, the current of commonly used 0.1-0.15 nickel-plated sheets is about 90-150A when welding. Therefore, the working power supply of the circuit board must be greater than or equal to 150A.
Note:
1. Please allow 5-10mm differences due to manual measurement, thanks.
2. The actual color of the product may be slightly different from the picture, and the website is caused by various factors such as the brightness of the monitor and the brightness of the light.
