This is a homemade dress with no tags in it. It is nicely tailored and in beautiful shape. The fabric feels like a wool blend. The top is fitted and has cute buttons and tabs on the sleeves. The bottom has lots of flare. By the way it fits my mannequin it is most likely a Size Medium and possibly a Size Large. See the measurements below.  Thanks for looking.
