It's in excellent condition.

It weighs 1.0 grams. It measures 7/16 by 3/8 inches wide. The bail will fit up to 1.5mm. 

The emerald has a lovely green color with some apparent flaws. The diamonds are good quality. The 6 diamonds total .08 carats.
