Shipping

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped within the posted handling time. Our shipping prices are calculated by eBay. All shipped orders have tracking information if available by carrier. All items are typically shipped in sturdy boxes or other secure means.

If not provided at time of purchase and multiple items are won/purchased, please contact us for a combined shipping quote prior to sending payment.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. All sales are final. Where applicable, S/N recorded upon purchase. Some of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is possible that you may find slight variations or blemishes with your product. This is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Also, some of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs and the uniqueness of the products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. For these reasons, we hope you understand our no returns policy.

We do our very best to package your merchandise for shipping in a manner that will protect the contents...we use sturdy boxes and lots of padding! Should package arrive damaged, pictures will be requested. Keep all contents and original packaging material. You, the customer, will be responsible for return shipping. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
