1993 8" Madame Alexander Doll Wizard of Oz Once Upon a Stand Yellow Brick Road. This is a custom made stand by, Once Upon A Stand. It’s in very good condition and is one of a kind! The spots are some type of putty that was probably from under the doll shoes. It will probably scrape off.
