FROG BOG

Game cartridge for the Intellivision system.  Complete/sealed.

Box shows very light denting (light crease on the right side, visible in last photo) and light edge/corner dings on the bottom.  Shrinkwrap has two small holes on back which appear to be factory-made.  Please see photos for details.
