I ship within 2 days of payment.  I try and be as fair as possible with my shipping. Postage has gotten higher lately and I do have to pay for the shipping envelopes that I send the outfits in so please know that when you think the postage might be a bit high.  I will accept your purchase back if I didn't notice something and you are unhappy with your purchase, but you are responsible for return shipping. If you contact me and tell me that you did not receive your item and I give you a refund and then you receive the item later, I would appreciate it if you would pay me and not decide to keep the item and not pay me.  After all I had to pay for the item.  I ship international but understand that I have no control over the mail once your package leaves my hands.  You can check the tracking to see if your item has been sent. Once the tracking shows that the USPS has received your item, I am not responsible for it not getting to you, so please contact the USPS for your package.  I try and start my auctions at a reasonable rate, so that you can add to your collection.  I do combine shipping if you win multiple auctions.  Just let me know and I can send you an invoice.
