This inflatable comes with no tethers and no stakes. The inflatable does inflate and light up, but it has some holes. It still

blows up, just is a little slow. It did seem to have trouble staying upright, too, but I did not stake it due to no stakes. There is some staining and discoloration as shown. Please see photos for condition and details before buying.
