The vehicle has been sat for the last 30 ish yrs unused, the V5c log book is current, it requires a rear chassis replacement from the rear axle back, plus two outriggers. The rest of the chassis looks to be sound. The front bulkhead has completely disintegrated & would require a new one. I looked up the current replacement costs for this & you are looking at about £3000 for the replacement parts plus labour if farming it out. The body panels are all intact & in very good straight/unmolested condition. The interior is complete, other than a good overhaul, clean up & new upholstery on the seats. The engine is complete & has not turned for a good while, I was unable to turn it over with the starting handle but that does not mean that a decent big boys bar with a good deal of persuasion will not do it. There is still oil falling out of various orifices which is a good thing to see, the wheels/axles are free wheeling (without any other assistance), tyres are still holding air. If I was restoring this then I would get the chassis repaired not replaced & just clean up the panels & refit in their original paint. New seat upholstery, engine out & stripped down plus potentially a new loom.
