The 3M Scotchcode SLW Write-On Tape Dispenser is a red tape dispenser that allows you to easily label wires and cables with its write-on tape. The dispenser is designed to hold one roll of tape and is manufactured by 3M in the United States. 2 items are new old stock (NOS) and comes with the model number 12177. Never fully opened, or used, but pen may have dried. 2 are used with 1 being about 2/3 full, and 1 being about half full.  The size of the 2 labels appear to be different.
