The tv turns on just fine. The volume works as well. I was not able to pick up any channels so am selling this device for parts as-is. The antenna is slightly bent. TV is in good overall cosmetic condition with some light scratches throughout the body and wear under the handle as shown. The paperwork with it is in excellent condition.
