This Dell Inspiron 600m Laptop comes with a genuine Dell changer.

When powered on it makes a noise but nothing boots. There is no Hard Drive in it. Im not sure of anything else is missing

Cosmetically it’s isn’t that bad for being such an old computer, look through pictures for details.
